Many constituents have contacted me to ask that I vote for the Repeal Bill when it comes before Parliament.

The UK voted to leave the EU in the Referendum of 2016, and the present Government was elected on a mandate to ensure the very best terms were agreed for the UK leaving the EU, and for our future relationship.

I support this policy, and will support the Government's actions in delivering it, including the Repeal Bill.

The negotiations will not be easy, and I am conscious that the UK will be obliged to compromise on some issues, as will the EU.

However you can be assured that all those who voted for the UK to leave the EU fully deserve to have their wishes granted, and I will do what I can to make sure that the consequences of their decision will be carried through.
